Return

If you don't like your item, that's no problem, you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your item and you will get a store credit worth more than your original order value.

How it works?:
Instead of a refund, we can offer you a voucher for the amount of your purchase plus 10% extra discount .
Example: 

Original Purchase Amount: 200€
+10% Bonus: 20€
Total value of the store credit: 220€

*In case of lost/ damaged packages please contact us, we will find a solution!

Are returns free?
Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. In case of damages/ lost packages we cover the costs!

How long can I return something?
After receiving your order, you have the option to register a return within 14 days.

My item is defective                                                                                                                                     If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Which item is damaged
3. A description
4. Photographic evidence
If your parcel has been damaged on delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team via email at ateliermaviee@gmail.com - All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a replacement or voucher without proof of damage from a member of our support team.


I have received the wrong item
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately at ateliermaviee@gmail.com and provide us with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. The name of the item you did not receive
3. The name of the item you did receive
4. A photo of the item you received


Exchange
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items with us. If you wish to do so, we recommend that you return the product to us and then order the correct product from us.


Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

*Total Refunds only in car of lost/ damaged packages!!


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Lost package/returned package?
If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service via ateliermaviee@gmail.com


Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We expect using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns.
